A center for £ 4.3 million adults with severe learning disabilities has risen from the ashes, more than three years after the fire.

Training Mastrick place was engulfed in flames in February 2014 and 60 firefighters fought the flames for more than 16 hours.

He began building a new plant in September last year to defend now, after many years of service with the name of the rights of disabled Len Ironside.

She said: "We have areas of art, science, sensory room, a library and even a language group of characters.

"There is also the challenge of an aging population, we have people who are now 40 and 50 and their parents for them at home still looking as they are in their 70s and 80s.

"I would say that the recovery we have is essential. "
