The need for students a high - school - to get diploma, has never been greater. We must recognize the need to move and react initiatives to keep students with learning difficulties, lack of attention and behavior in school, reduce the risk of division and expand their access to tertiary education.

CLDA
Currently, 27,426 (10% of the total population of 274 262), students with learning disabilities of high school are completed this year a risk that the high school to get successful.

to obtain more than 70,000 graduates D7-F9 2016 WASSCE alarm, is the high prevalence of students with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and conduct at all levels of our educational system. More students with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and conduct disorder output diploma. This has to contribute long-term effects on the universities / community colleges and career prospects of students with learning disabilities and to families to unemployment, criminal justice and crisis

"We need to raise the expectations for our students, our schools and ourselves that be a national priority needs to should be to ensure that all students prepared by the school graduate college and career .." - President Barack Obama

Total 274 262 candidates took part in the tests. After WAEC, total 125 065 students received A1 to C6 in English, which is 53.19%, 59,725 (25.40%) of D7-E8, while 46,595 (19.82%) had F9. For math, 77,108 (32.83%) of A1-C6; 65 007 (27.68%) of D7-E8, while 89,477 (38.10%) had F9. About 113,933 students in A1-C6 Integrated Sciences obtained the obtained 48.48% of the 75 938 (32.32%) D7-E8, for 42 519 (18.09%) had F9.

CLDA strongly believe without a doubt that more than 70,000 students who earn D7 to F9 are or learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, behavioral disorders with cofactors. The Ghana Education Service has little or no records to show the number of them to obtain support services in various institutions in the general category.

The effect of this result in the national development in the short and long term is not neglected in the field of criminal justice, employment and crisis families when students earn D7 F9 to not continue to engage their studies or in professional or legal assets.

The child in Ghana with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and conduct disorder has suffered enough in the general class or without option is desertion. Many students with learning disabilities successfully complete, but the number and the percentage is not very high.

We therefore recommend that;

1. The Ministry of Education should set clear and specific guidelines that, attention deficit disorders may be necessary for the provision of appropriate support services for children and young adults with learning difficulties, and behavior, despite the new inclusive education policy.
2. The Government should take appropriate measures to protect and the rights of children and young adults with learning difficulties, attention and behavioral support laws because disability law does not cover around.
3. The requirement for admission to a degree or diploma in education at both universities and major colleges should be accelerated immediately.
4. Universities, colleges and educational institutions must Ghana:
a. Customize your general admission requirement students with learning disabilities receive
Second. Develop clear support for students with learning difficulties with the effective transition planning
5. Parents and students need our boldness coming evaluation and assessment by various schools and the division of special education in Ghana Education Service to ask.
6. Schools should sufficient resources for teachers on education and special train counselors provide children and young adults to assist with learning difficulties.

As the nation continues its efforts, the rate at which students pay special attention to students who significantly lower rate because students graduate with learning disabilities should continue to pay to improve, attention deficit disorder behavior. Fortunately, the Ghana Education Service has to learn no recent data on the high prevalence of disability in Ghana.

As a nation, to implement the most stringent academic standards and graduation to increase requirements, you need to pay attention to the teaching methods based on evidence and other efforts to improve the speed of students with learning difficulties, the implementation of attention deficit fault graduate. Instead more options and less severity, these students need more help, especially in the years of primary and secondary, so that they are able to meet successfully the challenge of completing the high school and college.

Our voices must be chief support for families, children and young people with learning disabilities, attention deficit and behavioral disorders. It is necessary to respect their vote and right. You can not pretend to see them fail more
