The government is determined to implement the 14 recommendations of a working group to explore tutorials, such as access for people with learning difficulties or disabilities (LDD) are improved.
The working group was commissioned jointly by Skills Minister Nick Boles and Minister for Disabled Justin Tomlinson (both pictured) and her two departments are now working to implement the proposals.
Chaired by Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool North and Cleveleys group comprised disability learning organizations, suppliers, employees and senior officials from both the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Institute for Work and Pensions (DWP).
In response to its 14 recommendations, a spokesman for the BPI and the DWP, said: "The Prime Minister and Minister of abilities of people with disabilities have accepted all the recommendations of the Working Group.
"Officials are working to implement the recommendations, to realize that some will be more difficult to implement than others, and that all recommendations should in addition to the existing priorities performed consistent results to ensure."
