We are currently recruiting residential support workers our support - team to join in Stourbridge base.

The ideal candidate shall support:
- Essential: The passion for working in the care, the ability to work well in a team, good knowledge of written and spoken
- Desirable: Experience in working with adults with autism / LD-range work is desirable but not essential
On the role of the support worker:
As a member of the team, support workers play a crucial role for a healthy and fulfilling life for young adults in the provision we support.
The main features are:
- Give emotional support and staff
- support security and service users in social and recreational activities
- Enter a full range of maintenance functions, including personal and intimate care.
A preferred experience, but if you have a passion for working in the care and looking for a new career, which can be also contemplated. Will require the applicant to submit more disclosure.
The changes are changes (including week - end):
- AM teams: 7:00 to 15:00.
- Quarter of the afternoon: 14:30 to 10:30 pm ..
Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (22,5 hours) positions available.
